About the Speaker:
Dr. Konrad H. Meyenberg graduated at the University of Zurich, Switzerland in 1985. He completed a 4-year post-graduate program in reconstructive dentistry in Zurich at the department for fixed and removable prosthodontics and material sciences (chairman: Prof. Peter Schärer). His special areas of interests and research are aesthetics, implant dentistry, adhesive dentistry and perioprosthetics. He is a certified specialist for Reconstructive Dentistry of the Swiss and European Dental Society. He maintains since 1992 a private practice focused on aesthetic reconstructive dentistry in Zurich, Switzerland, He is since 1990 a well-known speaker at numerous international congresses and events, having presented at more than 500 congresses.
About the Moderator:
Dr. Lars Bouma received his DDS degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry and then completed a GPR in Veterans Administration Hospital. He then received a commission in the Air Force where he completed his prosthodontic residency along with attaining a MS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. During an 11-year career in the Air Force Dental Corp, he held positions as; Chief of Prosthodontics, Dental Laboratory Flight Commander, Dental Support Flight Commander, Assistant Direct or of an AEGD residency & Regional Prosthodontic Consultant. He now maintains a full-time private practice limited to prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Oklahoma City and holds an academic appointment at the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. Dr. Bouma is an active teacher and lectures nationally. Dr. Bouma is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the ACP
