FOR STRONGER PUBLIC SERVICE MISSIONS

• Fight against privatization of French education in the world
• Demand that the budget and number of jobs match needs (for the global network as well as for the Headquarters)
• Improve the articles of association and the contracts of all members of staff
• Enhance staff-management communication at all levels
• Lobby for transparency in the workings of all official bodies
• Take action so that A.E.F.E.’s and the schools‘ environmental impact is considered

FOR OUR WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Achieve wage increases, as well as payment of all statutory allowances, including those which truly take into account the cost of living
• Fight job insecurity for “local contract” staff in the global network as well as for temporary workers at agency Headquarters
• Strive for job and wage equality between men and women
• Exert influence on Health and Safety Committees so as to improve working conditions and guarantee the health and safety of all stall members
• Fight work-related distress of all kinds and enable genuine workplace medical and prevention services for all staff members
• Oppose all forms of pressure and contradictory instructions

• Restore mobility by choice by putting an end to limited-term secondments
• Achieve the extension of all French public sector rights to employees in the global network as well as at agency Headquarters
• Affirm the right to training during work hours, i.e., training that meets the expectations of staff members
• Uphold and enforce the union rights of all staff members, whether they are seconded or “local contract” employees
• Fight authoritarianism and arbitrary decisions, ensure that management abides by regulations

IN ORDER FOR ALL OUR STUDENTS TO SUCCEED

• Reduce and limit their numbers per class
• Meet teaching needs by creating the required jobs
• Provide the means to better assist special needs students
• Guarantee teaching autonomy whilst following official curricula
